i jazzed it up a bit by adding some thinnly-sliced Thai Red Chilies, a bit more garlic and seeing that i was using fresh lemon, the zest!!! Put it over wgg noodles ... OMG, it was delicious!!! will definitely do again. May add some cherry tomatoes the next time or do it with shrimp. Yum!!!

This was really good. I actually cooked the salmon with about 1/4 cup of onions instead of the garlic. I made garlic pasta instead - Fettuccine with garlic/olive oil / butter / fresh parsley/ salt & pepper and then mixed the baked salmon with it! It was delicious even for the pickiest of eaters in my household! Thank you so much for this very easy dish!

Easy, quick, and as a bonus delicious. My picky eaters ate everything with out complaints , they actually said that they really liked it.

Delicious and easy! Added some oldbey seasoning. Children friendly, they enjoyed it too.
