It was pretty tasty but spicy on the back end. I I used gouchujang as suggested in the directions. Next time I’ll try garlic pepper sauce to eliminate some of that spiciness that hits you at the end of each bite. I had to substitute ground ginger for fresh but other than that, everything was added as directed.
