- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander (finely minced)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
