  • 8 ounces Stacy’s Parmesan Garlic and Herb Pita Chips (or Simply Naked® Pita Chips)
  • 16 ounces Sabra® Classic Hummus
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 teaspoons creole seasoning (or Italian seasoning)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    2. Chop spinach by hand on a cutting board into fine shreds.
    3. Combine hummus, spinach, half of the cheese, and seasoning is a small casserole dish (about 9x9 inches). Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cheese should be melted and hummus hot. Serve with Stacy’s® Parmesan Garlic & Herb Pita Chips.
