Followed the recipe to the letter. Bought quality product. Once trying to consume, I wish that my shoe leather was as tough as this was. Hideous recipe. What a waste of a protein! Pathetic!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS.

I used Dijon mustard, honey mustard and just a little regular mustard. Family loved it

Excellent recipe! My husband and I loved it.
I used honey mustard and Dijon mustard and used the spice packet, adding whole peppercorns. Also, cooked it in a cast iron skillet, ecig seemed to work okay.
Is the fat supposed to completely render? It didn't do so based on tyre recipe.

Baked this in the oven & it turned out excellent. I saved the remaining sauce to use as a dipping sauce on the plates served.

I made this in a crock pot and added sliced canned potatos. The mustard and brown suger gave the potatos a great taste. The corn beef tasted good, we just thought it was very fatty. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Huge St Patrick's day hit with an Irish/Italian family! Coupled with baked bacon infused brussel sprouts and some sautéed cabbage, this was an unbelievable meal
