So freaking good!!! I only had chicken breast tenderloins so I used those without pounding them out and put 2 pieces on each sandwich. The result was perfect, incredibly juicy chicken. Some of the best I’ve ever had- so use this shortcut!! I can’t recommend this recipe more highly!
Side note- the timing the recipe states is incorrect as it says the chicken needs to sit in the butter milk for 2 hours before it bakes.

Very tasty and pretty easy to make. The breading and sauce were awesome, served on a brioche bun and will definitely make again

My family and I we’re not a fan of the sauce, don’t think we’ll be having these again. The chicken was alright though.

Great. My coating came out a little soggy. I didnt have cooling racks which will most likely make a huge difference. The flavors were great!

I didn't have the baking rack, but just put them on the pan and flipped them halfway through! They turned out crispy and tasted fantastic!

I really loved this recipe and it's great for game nights. I think the cooling tray cooking method is essential to get the crispiness of the breading however.

Very tasty! I think next time I might try frying it instead of baking or not flattening the peices as much as I did. The breading didn't get crispy enough for me. The sauce and breading do have amazing flavor.
