i used the bones of this recipe only and it turned out great. 1.5 lb haddock. salt and pepper to taste. white wine onions 3 cloves garlic with tomatoes and spinach stewed down.

It was really great. Paired with Parmesan couscous and fresh broccoli. My family liked it
