My husband and I loved these! We used regular breadcrumbs instead of panko and I added ranch seasoning. They were crispy, cheesy and very flavorful. This will be worked into our regular meal rotations.

Completely delicious but not healthy by anyone’s measure.
The only healthy part is the green bean which is smothered in egg, panko and cheese.
Make this because it’s a fun alternative not because you believe it’s good for you.

Yum really yum! I left it in the oven for about twice as long to make sure they were crispy. Will definitely make these again and again
