- 1 pear (large, cored and cut into 8 pieces, no need to peel)
- 1/2 tsp. liquid (plain or vanilla stevia, to your taste)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter (tahini, sesame seed)
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter (smooth natural)
- 1/2 cup oats (whole old-fashioned)
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder (plain rice, I like SunWarrior)
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (finely, flax meal)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup carob chips (unsweetened dairy free, or cacao nibs, optional; may replace with raisins, if you’re allowed)
