- 1 yellow onion (large, thinly sliced)
- 6 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 rosemary sprigs (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- pinenuts (Handful toasted)
- 1 toasted baguette (sliced, or pear slices, or fuji apple slices, or all of these!)

So good! Left off nuts due to allergies, and subbed the sherry out for red wine vinegar. I also added a few extra figs because, why not! Should have added more onions too they were so yummy!

Nice, for dinner served it on whole grain toast with lettuce, and fish. Recipe needs way more onion though.
