Turned out great! Reduced the salt by 1/2 and next time will add parm cheese during the middle of cooking time. Served with a homemade tzatziki dip.

the wedges came out rwally good and delicious. i wil certainly do them again and my 4 yr old son loved them

the whole family really loves these! i cut the potatoes in smalles pieces so cooking time is shortened.

My family loves these potato wedges. This has easily become one of my go-to potato recipes. I use only 2-3 potatoes for my family, use garlic salt instead of regular salt, grated or shredded cheese whichever I have in the fridge, otherwise I keep the rest of the ingredients the same. Easy and delicious!

I loved these! Personally, I think you could get away with about half the salt though.

My brother and mom loved them. I'm not very good at cooking but these were simple enough for me to make and not screw up.

It was delicious and I did not change anything. My husband, son and nephew loved them. I would definitely make these wedges again.

These baked potatoes with garlic and Parmesan were great. Being a garlic lover, I used real garlic pieces and grated the cheese off of a block a little bit into the cooking time.. It might had been my oven, but I broil mine for about 15 minutes because they weren't cooking at a good pace at the 30 minute mark.
