The chicken turned out delicious. The meat wasn't dry, and it had great flavor. I would definitely cook this again. Super easy, and it doesn't take long to cook.

i added creole seasoning, more spices. panko crumbs as well to the Italian breadcrumbs, and some olive garden Italian dressing in with the mayo mix. let me tell you i made this for 15 people, with 2 pieces for each. they wanted more.

Was really good. Cut portion in half as it is just my husband and I. Easy. Chicken was very moist. Will make again. Wonder what it would taste like with some mustard in the sauce?
