Super juicy! I actually used a cookie sheet because I did not have anything else. I would bake longer than 30 minutes, preferably an extra 8-10 because my chicken was still a bit pink in the middle.

This recipe is amazing! I’ve made it a handful of times since seeing it. Super quick and easy.
I used basil instead of rosemary since that’s what I had and it works just the same.
I also prefer adding cheddar cheese on top instead of the Italian blend, the cheddar adds a pop of flavor whereas the Italian blend cheese is kind of plain.
If you like lemon, I cut a lemon and squeezed a little lemon juice on top of the chicken as well and that was a very good pop of flavor.
