- 4 bananas (ripe, cut diagonally in 1/2-inch slices)

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

- 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs (shown in the photo or chocolate chips)
- 2 Tbsp. maple sugar (regular granulated sugar would also work)
