These did not turn out well for me.
I followed the recipe, but they came out a mess and were too soft/gooey on the inside.
Next time, I’ll just make a regular French Toast casserole. : |

Well it was a hit with everyone, they went fast. Also a nice grab and go breakfast/snack/dessert. Would definitely make again, maybe with some addition of fruit/ nuts next time.
