Simple and quick, did not care for it. Prefer it with breadcrumbs, not a fan of the Parmesan cheese taste.

I loved it! It was easy and delicious. It will have a spot in my rotation...I had it for dinner and I prepared it for lunch.

This is so easy, but very tasty. It has the flavor and texture of fried fish without its health risks or the greasy mess.
I also have tried this with walleye, and my company raved about it.
Also, it only took 8 min. in my convection oven!

Very good recipe, easy to follow. Accompanied with baked asparagus and mushrooms.

My husband loves this so much he asks for this fish at least twice a week!! I was nervous about cooking fish but not anymore!!!

Turned out great! Trying to eat healthier and, as others have said, not been real successful cooking fish. This was easy, quick and tasty!

I've never been able to cook fish that I could eat & enjoy.... until I made this recipe! I followed the directions but did add about 1/4 teaspoon of garlic. It was golden brown & delicious!!

Wonderful dish! My husband is a reluctant fish eater. Fish turned out moist and tasty - and my husband asked for more. Definitely a keeper. Easy to make. Just about fool-proof. I did eliminate the cheese and added more breadcrumbs to replace the missing bulk. I don’t feel a need to add the cheese in the future, and feel it would detract from the delicate taste of the flounder. I also made this recipe with catfish and it was just as delicious.

The best fish I have ever made. Top was golden and crispy and the fish was flaky and not dry. One of my favorites now. We had the creamy garlic spinach and rice with it.

This is a delicious and easy baked fish., with lots of flavor. Served a light broccoli salad on the side. I would recommend a light side or two. This is rich!!
