This really takes fresh caught fish over the top. True that you should use the white wine and olive oil and fresh herbs. I definitely would cut the amounts back on the liquids..unless serving with some nice bread. Did not use potatoes or tomatoes or star anise. Asparagus went in with the red onion wedges. Man that sauce married with the Asparagus was perfect. Not dried out. Added 5 extra min to cooking time. Served with a wild rice blend.
