Turned out great. My husband and I loved it. Great alternative to fried fish. Served it with rice pilaf instead of mashed potatoes

I really enjoyed this. I didn’t have any onion flakes so I substituted fresh green onions instead. It came out really good so I think I’ll just stick with that!

Really good and very simple to make, even the kids enjoyed it and they aren’t huge fish fans. Will definitely make again.
