  • 4 ounces ham (shaved, coarsely chopped)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • tomato chutney (to serve)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease four 1/2-cup ramekins. Place on a baking pan.
    2. Divide ham and onions among ramekins. Break an egg into each and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
    3. Bake for 8-10 mins, until egg yolk is just set. Serve with tomato chutney.
