It was ok. I reduced time to 16 minutes and eggs were still overcooked. I don’t think I’ll make those again even with shorter cook time

Turned out tasty. Make sure to get large portabellas or the egg will slide out during cooking. I'll also bake for a shorter time next time as the eggs were filmy
