- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (or minced fresh garlic)
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (+ 2 tbsp water)

Pretty tasty dish. The chicken ended up a little dry due to the second broil. Completely my fault though I only have a little tiny conventional oven with only one broil setting, high, haha. I should have adjusted and done it for a little less. It actually didn’t really need the second broil. For spice I ended up going for the pepper flakes but it ended up being pretty spicy. Probably half a tablespoon next time and it’ll still have a kick to it. Defiantly a good recipe to do again.
