Just made this for dinner! I skinned my chicken and followed the recipe. It was just a little salty for me so I will reduce the salt next time. I served it with southern greens and wild rice! I’ve added this to my chicken rotation. Quick and easy to make and looks impressive!

Good, quick and easy. I used Greek seasoning I had, just because, instead of Italian and my bet paid off. Otherwise I used all the other ingredients as they were. I skipped the fridge drying, I washed the chicken and used paper tower to insure the chicken was dry before seasoning/oil. Came out juicy. Will make again

I skipped the drying instructions because I didn’t plan ahead, and this was a big mistake. Make time to do it right and it will be great!

My kids loved it and they usually won’t eat bone-in chicken! So juicy and full of flavor!

Turned out great. Added a little more of the seasonings and due to my oven and number of pieces, had to cook over an hour. But appreciate the tips and ideas in this recipe. Big hit at my house!

I liked the spices. I used salt instead of chicken bouillon and it was too salty.. I overcooked, i lost track of time. Watch the timing.

I changed my spices a little (no white pepper), but turned out juicy and flavorful!

It turned out so amazing. I had to double my ingredients, and I added Tony's. Mine had 14 Chicken Legs, and between 2 adults, a 5 and 2 year old, nothing was left. Definitely making this again.

Oh my word! I could have eaten 4! Lol I had to nix the salt on mine but only used the granulated bullion on the ones for the family. Delightful!

very tasty! I'm not huge into som spicy but this want bad. very good flavor.
