This is a repeat dinner for us and we love taking it to people. We find it doesn’t need all the cheese and have even subbed chicken for black beans to make it vegetarian.

Excellent! Just watch it closely in a convection oven. It browns faster than you think! Try 350 for the same amount of time. Yum!

Great every time I’ve made them! Make it regularly for dinner with guacamole and sour cream for dipping.

Very good! Easy and the cilantro lime sauce is a real keeper. I doubled the recipe and have half frozen to eat over the holidays.

Took a little more time to make it then I would have liked but to be honest it wasn't hard and the ability to pre-make the filling could really make a weeknight dinner easier by having it pre-made and then just having to come home and roll it up in tortillas then bake.
The flavor was absolutely delicious and I brushed mine with a mix of olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder and they were wonderfully crunchy but NOT burnt.

These were simply amazing! I'll be making them again 😋. Next time, I will add more lime juice, and I'll use a spicier verde salsa. Otherwise, they were fantastic!
