Yummy! I enjoy it without the tortilla shells to bring down carb count but family loved it!

Picky eater kids ate these and I honestly forgot to add the cheese. Can only imagine they’d be even better if cheese were in them!

Excellent dinner, and took little time to prep. We added more salsa and seasonings to the mix. The result was a welcoming southwestern taste. Will definitely cook again. Perhaps next time we will use corn tortillas, but flour tortillas work well with this recipe.
