I see why it's called Crack chicken. It's addicting!
I made it for dinner last week and the two of us finished it in two days. I ate it 3 times the second day. Yes, I had it for breakfast! I made it again tonight, and made one to take to a friend at church tomorrow. I think I might add peas and carrots or some other veggie to it next time, and like other have said, maybe less Ranch mix.

So i didn’t have enough chicken and i added cubed hash browns. Turned out really good but SALTY. And I feel like it’s worth mentioning that it only tasted good fresh. It was not good leftover. Which was disappointing.

Great casserole. As others have stated, a bit salty. Will reduce ranch to 1/3 packet and use low sodium mushroom soup next time. Will definitely make again. Ate with mixed fresh fruit. Delicious!

Great comfort food. Simple recipe and prep, and lots of ways to customize for your preference, but sodium is EXTREMELY high with recipe as listed. I responded to previous reviews and used only 1/3 of ranch dressing packet, and it was still too salty. Next time, I will use cream of mushroom soup, instead of cream of chicken. I also added cooked broccoli and reduced bacon by half, and despite the high sodium, it was a delicious casserole.

I did not like this. It is a weird mix of bland and tangy. The only real flavor is from the ranch mix and the overall texture is mushy and underwhelming. My husband liked it ok so maybe it’s just me.

It was good just a little too salty. Next time I would probably only use half a package of ranch seasoning mix.

This was yummy!! I didn’t have cream of chicken soup so I substituted with sour cream and chive cream cheese I used Club crackers as the topping. Everyone loved it!

I’m good with half the amount of Ranch seasoning but it’s a good recipe that reminds me of poppyseed chicken.

this was a hit, i did it a little different. i added noodles and skipped the crackers. so so good
