This is one of the best recipes I’ve ever done. This dish was absolutely 5.0. Easy, elegant, and incredibly delicious. Only draw back is that the nice sauce zeros out the beneficisl properties of the cod, but, with something this good...who cares?!! Thumbs up, 5 stars, thanks for sharing!
