- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely, sandy or powdery texture)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. table salt
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (I use Sauvignon Blanc)

It was good. Fast and easy. I used too much salt--Baja Gold Sea Salt is much more potent than regular table salt, so I'll try it again with much less.

Easy and delicious. I have paid a lot at restaurants for fish not half as good as this one.
