Next time I'd cut back on the chile flakes (maybe I slipped?) but otherwise, this was my first great fish success after years of attempts. Will make this again!

Pretty good. Used frozen fillets, which took longer to cook than I expected, closer to 35 min than 25. But my husband loved the flavor, and my kids ate the meal, even if they didn’t rave about it.

Excellent! I added 1/4 cup water on the bottom and place a pound of asparagus underneath the fish. Used Lemon pepper instead of salt/pepper- Delish!!
