    Big hit of coconut. I used unsweetened, and reduced the amount a bit. About a tablespoon of maple syrup. Added vanilla and cinnamon. Yum!

    Used unsweetened ingredients, would definitely add a sweetener. The cook time was more like 30mins and I didn't quite get the crispy top in images.

    Delicious. And so easy. The next time I would use less coconut. Had to use broiler to darken the top as in illustration.
