    Its actually pretty good, though I ignored the whole 'diet' bit, instead of sweetener I just used 2-3tbsp sugar and copious amounts of cinnamon. It was soft, delicate and delicious and would recommend to those with custard lovers in the family and those who are extremely fond of cinnamon to go 'reasonably' nuts with it, as the recipe doesn't add enough of it. I even dusted the top of the baked custard with coca and obviously more cinnamon on the recommendation of my Mother; who destroyed the sweet custard with her Cinnamon addiction by downing the poor deserts to death by cinnamon. RIP egg custard.
