This recipe is certainly easy, but very weird. Putting the uncooked mushrooms right in the broth with no seasoning is a terrible idea. They cook, but have absolutely no flavor. The whole dish is extremely bland even with all that butter and cheese. I would not make it again.

Delicious! Uncomplicated. Took just a little longer to cook than the instructions indicated, but that could be a function of my oven or the pan I used. Loved not having to stand & stir. Family says it’s a keeper.
