I made this recipe as a way to used up a sub-par bottle of wine and oh my goodness, this turned out so well! I'm not even a huge fan of mushrooms, but I still enjoyed this dish. It's very earthy and rich, and looks beautiful too.

This dish turned out great! The wine gives it a lot of flavor. Will definitely make it again.
