    I had great success! I used regular ketchup and added Franks hot sauce as well. I used minced garlic and thought it came out perfectly when served with brown rice

    very good! i used boneless, skinless thighs and cooked at 350 for 45 mins. served over brown rice and poured the extra juices over it all! also added about a teaspoon of ground ginger. yum!

    This was delicious, and a hit with the whole family. Flavorful and moist. The ginger added a lovely depth to the sauce.
