The family loved the combination of pesto on the chicken and a vodka sauce on the noodles.

Turned out great I added spaghetti sauce to it because my kids love the sauce,but you can still taste the pesto I had guess over for dinner and it was a winner.

Easy to make and delicious, even my fussy teenager loves this recipe. I make this often with a side of pasta with olive oil and shaved Parmesan. YUM!

used chicken legs instead, because I prefer bone-in meat.. turns out more juicy in my opinion. mixed the pesto with truffle oil, just to elevate the flavour a bit more. will definitely do this again!
