Description
Simple and fast enchiladas in the oven, enough for four! The sauce is the right amount of spicy for me, but if you want an extra kick you can always use spicier salsa.

- 8 flour tortillas
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mexican style cheese
- 4 oz. salsa
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 28 oz. enchilada sauce (one can Las Palmas)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan over med-high heat.
- Cook the chicken until just done. Do not overcook.
