- 4 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 1/3 cup Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil (or Hellmann's®)
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 1/4-inch thick)
- 1 plum tomato (large, cut into 8 thin slices)
- 4 fresh basil leaves (large)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Arrange chicken on rimmed baking sheet. Evenly top with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes, topping with mozzarella during last 5 minutes of cook time.
- Remove from oven and top with tomato slices and basil leaves.
