This recipe has excellent flavor. I sprinkled panko on top to give it a little crunch. Baking time was about 25 minutes even with the chicken at just under an inch thick.

This recipe was SO easy and delicious! My family loved it. And what a quick meal. I served it with a side of pasta and roasted asparagus. Yummy!

Best baked chicken I've ever made. I added a little extra garlic powder and I didn't have any onion powder on hand but it turned out delicious.

I add almost double garlic, onion, chili powder. Go-to weekly. Great for meal prep planning

Great! I didn’t have chili powder so I substituted cayenne pepper. It tasted delish!

Awesome! My go to chicken meal when I am looking for something simple. Family loved it 😊. I cook to a minimum of 74°C (165°F) as food safety guidelines suggest. Made this several times

Amazing! Seriously did not expect to get such moist chicken out of such a simple recipe, ty! Will definitely make this again. I used canola oil in place of the EVOO, but that’s the only change I made.

Juicy chicken! Perfect to serve buffet style with veggies or starch on the side. I transferred them from their baking dish to an electric skillet set on “warm” the lowest setting, to serve.

It was nice, juicy, tender and went well with the broccoli and brown rice for my weekly meal prep! The prep time was right on point and the timing for the baking was good as well. I used 17 minutes and it was perfect. I really liked the bite form the chili powder. But all the spices came together very well.
