It was good. I added way more seasonings and probably more cheese. if you've ever made southern baked mac and cheese, its basically a lighter version with broccoli in it.

I put fresh broccoli in with the pasta to cook, then mixed it with the sauce. I used Sharp Cheddar and added garlic powder, but the dish was definitely still lacking in flavor. Not bad, but not a wow, either.

It was delicious! I added some squash for additional yumminess and sprinkled the top with garlic bread crumbs before broiling.

I had to add another tbsp of butter for mine to work right. Next time I'm going to use more flavorful cheeses and more spices. Definitely not as flavorful as it looked but a very easy recipe.

Don't be afraid to have the sauce to thicken for more than it is on the recipe. I did, and it still was too liquid.

Easy and delicious! It's like Velveeta, but way better! I might try a whole wheat pasta instead.
