    Good recipe. I think for the amount of bacon that the rosemary (I used fresh not dried) amount could be bumped up a bit to closer to a Tbsp. The fresh nutmeg filled the house with delightful aroma as it was baking. I'd also suggest perhaps brushing the squash with olive oil before seasoning so it holds the seasoning better. Squash seemed a little under seasoned but the filling was good. Probably don't need the sugar either (or maybe sub brown for white) since squash is slightly sweet. In my oven I had to cook closer to 40 minutes to get the squash tender.
