Turned out perfectly! We had never made wings before and we will be doing this again soon.

I used all the ingredients in this recipe and changed the process based on a helpful review on the allrecipies website- turned out wonderful. The best I have ever made. The changes were I used a whole 5 oz bottle of Franks hot sauce with the 1/2 cup butter, and left out the cayenne.
Process- dry the wings! Put in baggie with the flour and spices and shake. Set up a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then place cooling racks on the pan, or some other racks to keep the wings elevated, and spray racks with cooking spray. Then put floured wings on racks and stick in fridge for 1 hour. Bake at 425 for 25min on one side, flip over and bake for 22 min (varies by oven). Dip wings in sauce mix with tongs. Turn oven on Lo broil. Place wings back in oven for 2 minutes on each side. Crispy and delicious- only stuck to the racks a little. Used extra sauce to dip.

What a super easy and tasty recipe! I also used Frank's hot wing sauce, and cut the butter in half. It did take about an hour and 15 minutes to get crisp. Totally sticks to the tin foil even with an even coating of veg oil. Used a second tray and they still stuck, but well worth the effort. Great with celery, ranch dressing, and garlic bread. Will definitely make again.

The wings came out deliciously. I made a batch without the sauce and my boyfriend loved them, I then made a second batch with the sauce and they were delicious. I will be making them again 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I listened to one of the commenters and baked it without sauce for 25 mins on both sides then added the sauce then baked it for another 5 mins on each side with the sauce. Result is really crispy wings!

Best baked wings we've ever had. I added extra cayenne and red pepper chips cause we like hot! Also added smoked paprika for a little smokiness. Good Stuff!

Great recipe that I've made a few times now. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I needed to put more of the spices in the flour mixture for our tastes.
