Good with a nice flavor. It was a bit sticky, and I’m not sure how to fix that. Adding frozen peas or diced carrots would be good in this.

Followed the recipe pretty closely. I did double the recipe and added 1 pkg. of onion soup mix. It was good, served with herb baked catfish & smothered corn.

Honestly when I was mixing the onion with the garlic it gave off sort of an curry type of smell and I sort of doubted it, but the finished product blew my mind🤯😄😋 The parsley and salt gave it a real nice flavor and I liked it better than white rice!🍚 Definitely will make again😅😋

Delicious!! Used chicken broth instead of water and baked it in a cast iron skillet. I will definitely make it again!!

It was delicious. My three sons each had a second serving and my husband enjoyed it so much! Definitely one of the best dinners!

I strongly dislike brown rice, but cooking it this way has changed my mind. I subbed the water for veggie stock and added in some lemon at the end. This rice is so flavorful. I'm eating it for lunch with some roasted Brussels sprouts, carrots, and broccoli, and the rice tastes even better than it did right after I cooked it. I will be making this a lot! It's time-consuming-ish but worth it!

Added celery and sliced mushrooms after onion & garlic. Also added 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning, 1 Tbsp lemon pepper and chicken bouillon. And used chicken broth .
Second time: used butter not oil. Added fresh garlic paste. Added shredded carrots, mushrooms, colored peppers. Used Mrs Dash original. Mrs Dash garlic herb. Poultry seasoning, basil and chicken bouillon.
3rd time: did everything like 1st time and used cilantro instead of parsley and butter instead of oil. Also added tsp of also salt & pepper. Sauté spices while cooking vegetables

Came out delicious, I used cilantro instead of parsley (I saw this in one of the reviews). I will definitely make again and will use basil,

Not many recipes come out perfect. This one came out exactly that. Followed the recipe except for the parsley, I substituted cilantro.
