It turned out well. I would not recommend mixing the eggs and bread crumbs to speed the dipping though, as it does not yield the same results as doing it separately. Additionally, it ends up actually baking a sort of bread. The cauliflower does turn out delicious and soft with this recipe.

This recipe was delicious! I love the spices and the breaking on the cauliflower. This is the best cauliflower recipe I've ever had.
