Yummy and filling. I added some dried currants since I was a little shy on blueberries and it gave another aspect of nutrition and taste. Put a little butter on top for a little extra treat.

Perfect for a grab&go breakfast. Lots of berry flavor and quite filling. Would be nice with a bit of cream cheese on top.

My mixture turned out more thick so when I went to put the blueberries on top I couldn’t really squish them down but it still turned out great! I’ll prolly mix the blueberries in the batter next time. Over good recipe.
**They aren’t very sweet. Add more sugar if your wanting them on the sweeter side
