- 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Peel and cut the beets into wedges.
- Place them on an aluminum foil sheet. Add the garlic, rosemary, oregano, oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the aluminum foil sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve warm, as a side dish or salad.
