Great taste, super easy to make. I only cooked it for 18min. I’d take a look at it at 15 min and watch closely until it’s the texture you would like.

Made it in individual ramikins as suggested by Desya P (with reduced cooking time), and they turned out wonderfully, with a great crumbly, soft texture! Disclaimer, I was also cooking a cheesecake at the time, so the water bath might have contributed too.
My boyfriend usually balks at the sound of oatmeal-anything, but I served these with a scoop of panna cotta ice cream and the sliced bananas and he absolutely loved them. Will definitely save this recipe. Thank you!

It was good, just a little dry. The kids put a little extra maple syrup on it and said it was delicious! Also it could have been dry because I used 1tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of powdered but mixed peanut butter to save a few calories. Overall it was good.
