Deliciously good for you and portable. I doubled the recipe, cut into 18 squares and wrapped individually. As we are headed out the door we can just grab breakfast. Love it!

I will never cook oatmeal the traditional way again. This dish is so good and allows you to add other ingredients of your choice.
I served it with Greek yogurt & fresh blueberries, yum. I also served it with milk and fresh fruit, yum.
I wanted a softer texture, so I cooked it for 30 minutes. Love it.
