Loved it! The flavors are amazing especially the cheese blending with the crunch of the Panko crumbs. Will make many times!

Wonderful!! Will definitely make them again. They are addicting!! Better than fried fries!

I used bread crumbs and added a generous amount of garlic but what really kicked it up a notch was the hemp cooking oil I drizzled over it while it baked. gave it an awesome almost nutty flavor! I was curious.. darn glad I was too!

Indeed crispy and yes easy I decided to use garlic salt rather than kosher resulting in a tasty zing!

I served this to dinner guests; they loved it. The theme of the dinner party was "adult versions of kid foods." I served adult versions of pigs in a blanket, the asparagus fries and ricotta Mac n cheese. I made blueberry waffle cone I scream for dessert. When making the asparagus I used Greek seasoning to give it an extra kick. They also needed to cook for about 45 minutes, longer than expected.

Absolutely amazing! Not your ordinary dish in case you're looking for something new. Not hard to make either though and fairly quick. And super yummy!

A nice change from the traditional recipes. I like the crunchiness of the breadcrumbs. They are messy to make however and would love to figure out a way to handle eggs, flour, & breadcrumbs without it getting caked on my hands...
