- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (to 1/2)
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 apple (peeled, cored, then grated coarsely)
- 2 Tbsp. nondairy milk
