- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (well chilled, cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (you can use the quick cooking or the old fashioned)
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese (I used white cheddar, shredded)
- 1/2 cup pecans (roughly chopped)
