Place the flour, oats, brown sugar, spice, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to combine. Drizzle the melted butter into the bowl, and mix until the mixture forms large crumbs.
PRO TIP Don't have pre-packaged apple pie spice? Make your own by combining a few teaspoons of cinnamon with a few dashes of nutmeg, allspice, ground ginger, and cardamom. Adjust the balance of spices depending on your preference!

Spoon the streusel mixture evenly into each apple, packing it lightly and creating a mound at top.
